The counting rules

Only Elite Insights “Oil T.” / “Black Oil Trigger” events count. Oil damage hits do not. Kills and wipes both count. Player accounts combine characters.

Keep the numbers honest

Encounter time determines the week. Repeat imports are ignored using boss, roster, start time and duration (5-second tolerance). Anonymous accounts and unavailable mechanics are excluded. Absence of a trigger event is not proof that no oil expanded.
